Yes, yes they did. Democrats reached a deal with Senate Republicans, led by Senate Majority Leader Thune, to fund TSA, AND DHS except for ICE. The deal was done. Trump refused. DONALD TRUMP is to blame for all the chaos at airports. Not Democrats.
