@KickinitwitKeef If someone wants to be called by a nickname, or is at least ok with it, thatโs different. Ignoring peopleโs preferred names only seems to be a problem when *someone else* disagrees with a gender identity or wants to whitewash their name.

Stearns hasnโt been trying for 2+ years to trade for Peralta, the trading 2 top 100 prospects, just to let him walk out. At the end. I think both parties meet in the middle. 5-6 years, $150M-$180M gets it done.

Francisco Alvarez was removed from tonight's game in the top of the fourth inning. Jose Aular entered in his spot as a pinch hitter. On the Mets' lineup card this morning, Alvarez was scheduled to play all nine innings tonight. Alvarez struck out swinging in his first AB. He was behind the plate catching Kodai Senga for the first three innings on defense.
