@DrNeilStone Yep. I recall at the height of the pandemic that two of my former RN colleagues who became infected saying they intended to get the vaccine as soon as they recovered. Both died in the ICU at tertiary care centers.

@DrNeilStone Sure doesn't trigger me. Had another COVID booster last week. The only thing the vaccine has done for me is protection that has prevented me from being infected with COVID one single time. Color me grateful.

So once physicians learn the root cause of “disease,” and we talk about diet and exercise (which already happens but for the sake of argument) and “disease” still exists, then what do we do? Do we still prescribe medicine? At what point in the process do we become pharma shills? Just trying to understand how doctoring is supposed to work.

Now we’re working to hold the DoL accountable to ensure the 200+ students have a transition plan in place. Got grades for 2 of my 3 spring semester classes. Contracts: B Torts: C My first C in law school. Ugh. Meh. I knew I was gonna get one in either torts or contracts. Tomorrow get grade for legal writing. Probably a B. So I survived and will keep on keeping on. Meh and meh.

Under Republican leadership, @TerryBranstad and @IAGovernor, Iowa public schools have been underfunded and defunded for years. When new school funding doesn't even cover the cost of inflation, public schools are forced to make deep cuts. This is an intentional destruction.

This so-called “big, beautiful bill” is anything but. From cutting Medicaid and leaving millions without health care to SNAP cuts, which will cause more hunger, this bill will hurt Americans – not help them. I believe in putting our people first. Leaders in D.C. should too.
