Any tips? Trying to get 123g of protein a day but struggling without using shakes. And Huel tastes like bum. My diet is good. Greek yoghurt, lean meat, eggs, fish, cheese, whole milk etc. But I don’t have a big appetite these days. I tend to hit 100g but then a wall.
