@Ologies I have a sense of awe for many things. I have a physiological reaction to things that I find "move" me. Goosebumps/stomach drop to certain music, and seeing something beautiful. I also have a sense of morality and ethics without needing a higher power.

@lhaukmee Yeah I’ve been getting lax in my mask diligence. But I think I got this one from my kiddo so that is harder to avoid. The two people in this household that have not had Covid are over theirs in about 2 days. Me? Not so lucky.

@AstroKatie The messaging is unclear. Ended up getting booster at Shoppers, along with my teen children. No questions asked, but when I called the health unit again, they said boosters aren't recommended if you're healthy & I would have to speak to someone before my shot & might be denied.

@LaalaaScience I thought everyone was eligible for a booster in Ontario if it’s been several months after your previous booster

I’m not sure how widely this is understood. It’s not that the chance of getting sick is actually low now, it’s that our leaders have decided that it’s time for us to just be cool with getting sick a lot now, and we’re all being socially pressured to act like it’s weird not to be.

@MaryLToronto @jakobpunkt I called the local health unit to book, and also went to a pharmacy and both said I was "not eligible". Not sure if it was because I wasn't exactly 6 months post last booster at the time of inquiry.

@SoVeryBritish Salt and vinegar chips/crisps in an egg salad sandwich. Ketchup chips in a sliced cheese sandwich. Works with cheddar too, but you really need the soft squishy, sliced, white bread and "plastic" cheese for the best experience. Mom spoke of chip butties in England. Not the same.

As the US discovers putting crisps in a sandwich, what crisps/filling combo would you recommend to our American friends?
