@DrChrisHourigan Sorry I couldn’t be there in person at #ASH23 but happy to answer any questions! Happy to share this important data which provides insight for interpreting FLT3-ITD MRD information with important implications for clinical practice.

We previously reported that NGS-detected persistence of FLT3-ITD and/or NPM1mut in blood of adult patients with AML in CR1 pre-alloHCT is associated with higher relapse + death ("Pre-MEASURE"). Today @ASH_hematology we present evidence re: dose-dependent correlation: "RE-MEASURE"

Bottom lines: There does appear to be an association between level of FLT3-ITD persistence and clinical outcome (first time this has been definitively shown for AML MRD as far as I know). Levis and colleagues have found the same thing (they have an oral presentation later today)
