True integrity means asking questions publicly without private threats or "class action vs volunteer admins" drama. Public criticism = fine. Escalating to private harassment = ban justified. Chintai is regulated (MAS licensed) and shipping RWAs. Calling it a scam without hard evidence isn't "concern" — it's FUD. Ask openly on X. No one owes you their moderated Telegram.

You asked what I’m trying to achieve. Being blocked while people continue to post about me creates a one sided narrative. I want to stay connected with the community and engage in discussion, especially since leadership communicates there. But it’s hard to take that seriously when I’m blocked and can’t respond, while people still comment about me. If the goal is to build trust, especially with new investors, transparency and accountability matter just as much as fundamentals. That’s not how you build trust or credibility with outsiders looking in.

“Real delivery” = tangible results: live assets, real usage, and proof the platform is executing on what’s been promised. “Accountability” = transparent communication, addressing concerns directly, and consistent standards instead of silencing or reframing criticism. At the same time, I don’t think it’s accurate to say there’s “no way to sue” or that teams can just do whatever they want with zero consequence. If a project materially misleads investors or uses regulatory positioning (like the MAS license) to create false confidence, that opens the door to real legal risk. It may be difficult and jurisdictionally complex, but it’s not impossible. Where I think the real issue is right now isn’t even legal, it’s trust and communication. Banning people for asking reasonable questions, labeling everything as FUD, and not addressing concerns directly just creates more doubt. That’s not protecting the project, it’s damaging it. I’m still hopeful the team can execute, but there needs to be accountability. Strong projects don’t silence their communities, they engage with them. @Lion7Flash @ChintaiNexus @GunnisonCap @MAS_sg only regulates @ChintaiNetwork $Chex token holders are alone. @GunnisonCap can even abolish it, or can change tokenomics, cancel buyback & burn, mint more etc. There is no way to sue. A new TG is needed with new admins who can push the team for transparency and clarity.

Perhaps, but I'll keep posting every day. I invite you to comment and share with others who are frustrated so we can band together and talk about our frustrations. Everything you’re saying has merit, and it’s reasonable to be upset. I’m not going to say I think they’re “rugging” everyone. I do think there has been poor leadership and management up to this point, and the execution has been flawed. The MSA is the largest thing that keeps me from believing this is all a “rug,” but there’s also a lot of suspect behavior that erodes trust. My main point is that I’m going to keep bringing awareness to this issue every single day. And if push comes to shove, a class lawsuit can be brought forth.

I’m not spreading negativity to get people to sell. I’m raising awareness about an issue. If the team, including David, doesn’t want to take action, that speaks for itself as another reason to be highly cautious about investing any money in this project. Supporting censorship goes against everything that Bitcoin and the original crypto movement were about.

@Lion7Flash If i would believe its a pump and dump why arguing? You cant change a p&d to get legit. If you want to warn others, where do you begin in crypto? We are all in for the high returns. No community will allow you to spread negativity in order to make people sell. Thats reality.

I was banned entirely, and I can’t view the chat. All I know is that the questions I asked were never unreasonable, and I can’t remember what final thing led to the ban. Overall, it’s ridiculous. It pushes people to bring it on X, and that doesn’t help. Here’s the point I’m trying to make: if the admins want to keep refusing to let me back in, so be it. I will post every single day. How is that going to be helpful for sentiment here on X? This will keep showing up on people’s pages; they’ll highlight it as a concern, and it’ll be easy for them to verify because they can see the censorship for themselves when they start to see how over-the-top the admins are on telegram.

@Lion7Flash Censorship has advantages and disadvantages. I dont know what lad to your bann, but when an individual is constantly spaming the chat with negativity, the same questions over and over again, the others should accept? I think if the mayority dont want certain behaviour they... 1/2
