What are the repercussions for delivery services lying to the recepients and customers? Fucking nothing. @RoyalMail Crawley depot confirmed to me last time I had to go in that they are short-staffed and do not always attempt to deliver anything to me, so why lie on the app?

@JohnWillia28956 Thank you for the reply, but respectfully that's bollocks. They should deliver my items without me needing to chase them every time; and it is EVERY TIME. The Crawley depot seriously need looking into. I have multiple complaints active but it makes no difference.
