
It really wasn't. It was KIND OF a neat art project, but I wouldn't call it good. Good for an indie I guess, but not what you'd expect from a AAA studio with Ninja Theory's talent. The second game was better IMO, but still not what I want out of a game I'm expected to pay money for, and a COMPLETE misshandeling of a studio like Ninja Theory, especially with the quality of their mo-cap artists.
The gravy train is over for sinkholes that have no mass appeal - Unshackle them from Red Tape, ESG, and DEI, and let them make something GRAND! Give them the mandate to make something that will sell - something like "make Uncharted meets Fear Agent in Space" - Space Pulp Action and Sexy Women, and let their imaginations soar! Then watch the money flow in.
