@davidfrum It is not a good idea for ANY head of state to accept a face to face meeting in the oval office. He has insulted just about every person that sat in that seat. He can't act like a normal person and leaders should realize that.

Fox as usual has clipped a portion of an official joint statement to make it appear there is support. Here is the full official release. "We condemn in the strongest terms recent attacks by Iran... and the de facto closure of the Strait of Hormuz... We express our readiness to contribute to appropriate efforts to ensure safe passage through the Strait. We welcome the commitment of nations who are engaging in preparatory planning." (They also call for a moratorium on attacks, support releasing oil reserves, and stabilizing energy markets via the IEA/UN — all non-military steps.) Fox took the words "appropriate efforts" as support. There is no mention of warships, naval deployments, military operations, or reversing prior refusals to send forces. "Appropriate efforts" and "preparatory planning" are classic vague diplomatic phrasing — not a firm pledge of ships or combat support.

🚨🚨🚨 THEY ALL JUST BENT THE KNEE. 🚨🚨🚨 Trump told the world → "help us secure the Strait of Hormuz, or deal with the consequences." They said NO. He pushed HARDER. Now look what just happened: 💀 🇬🇧 BRITAIN — pledged support 💀 🇫🇷 FRANCE — pledged support 💀 🇩🇪 GERMANY — pledged support 💀 🇮🇹 ITALY — pledged support 💀 🇯🇵 JAPAN — pledged support 💀 🇳🇱 THE NETHERLANDS — pledged support SIX allied nations just did a complete 180 — COUNTER to what they previously said. Do you understand what that means? ⚠️ These same countries REFUSED to help just days ago ⚠️ Trump applied pressure — and they ALL caved ⚠️ The Strait of Hormuz carries 20% of the world's oil supply ⚠️ Iran was threatening to SHUT IT DOWN permanently ⚠️ Now 6 of the most powerful militaries on Earth are joining the operation They're showing you "allies disagreeing with Trump." They're NOT showing you those same allies quietly falling in LINE when it matters. Love him or hate him — Trump just got 6 nations to reverse their position and commit military assets to the most dangerous chokepoint on the planet. In the middle of a WAR. While oil is at $119. While the world is panicking. One man applied pressure. Six nations folded. That's not diplomacy. That's LEVERAGE. Prepare accordingly. 🚨🚨🚨 If you're seeing this, the algorithm hasn't caught up yet. Follow + RT NOW. 🚨

You are correct. The left buried their heads in the ground when there was overwhelming evidence that Biden's mental ability was so diminished that he should have been replaced. The problem is, it doesn't matter what party you belong to, when in power they all act the same. Not a single one is to be trusted. So call it MAGA or by any other name the end result is the same.

""Europe should be saying one thing to President Trump: thank you.”"" Why...because they are now stuck with a mess Trump created. From all information I can gather Iran was at the edge of having a peaceful agreement to the terms that were set out. Trump listened to an incompetent son in law and created such a mess that he can't find a way out and now expects others to clean up his mess.

Lets put this in context . Removal of Waiting Period: In 2021, Canadian law was amended to remove the mandatory 10-day reflection period for individuals whose death is "reasonably foreseeable" (Track 1). For these individuals, the procedure can occur immediately after eligibility is confirmed. Waiver of Consent: Final consent can be waived in certain circumstances for those whose death is reasonably foreseeable, allowing the procedure to go forward even if the person has lost the capacity to consent on the day of the procedure. Important Context: Two Tracks: The 10-day waiting period still exists for people whose natural death is not reasonably foreseeable (Track 2). Assessments Needed: Regardless of the speed, all cases legally require two independent medical assessments to determine eligibility. Do I agree with MAID..in some circumstances it may be the only option to reduce suffering. Example bitten by a rabid dog and didn't get medical intervention soon enough. The suffering people go through when there is no hope is terrible and rabies after a certain point is 100% fatal. On its overall idea no I don't.

With all that’s going on in the world, I’d rather watch this. A little bay filly born out on a pasture yesterday. She is a maiden mare (this was her first baby). The miracle of the baby standing and walking for the first time, only moments after being born. There’s nothing like watching a new filly stand up for the first time. Momma’s nudge. Also, her leaning on her mom. ❤️

@scp22202 @RodKahx Minor yes but with the recent bombing and damage to key offshore processing and liquefaction facilities blocking about 20% of LNG Canada in the short term could take advantage of this.

@MaFrt1 @RodKahx Canada is a very minor player in the LNG market. Canada has no spare export capacity for oil. 85% of Canadian oil is land-locked and the US is their only customer. Liberal government has blocked or made it unprofitable to build pipelines to the coast.

I wonder how many others think this will happen?? Political strategist makes bold prediction about Donald Trump Story by Lesley Abravanel Veteran Democratic strategist James Carville predicted that President Donald Trump will voluntarily resign from the presidency by March 2027. Speaking on a recent episode of the "Politics War Room" podcast, Carville suggested that Trump will "walk away" due to a combination of mounting political, economic and international pressures. “I’m telling you, I think he’s just going to quit next year by this time,” Carville forecasted. He anticipates that Republicans will lose control of both the House and the Senate in the upcoming 2026 midterm elections and argued that a Democratic-led Congress will make Trump "irrelevant" and unable to pass his agenda. “I think he’s just going to f------ walk away because the Democrats control the House and the Senate,” Carville mused. Carville believes that once the POTUS faces a hostile Congress and a failing war, he will lose interest in the job because "no one's going to pay attention to him" anymore. He described the ongoingwar with Iran, which began in late February, as particularly devastating, pointing to the human toll — including 13 American military personnel killed — and the strategic failure to maintain control over the conflict. The closure of the Strait of Hormuz by Iran has sent oil prices soaring, with the national average gas price reaching $3.80 per gallon. “The fiscal condition of the country is beyond in the ditch. The Iran thing has turned into just a catastrophe of the first order,” Carville said. White House press officials dismissed Carville's claims, calling him a "stone-cold loser" and accusing him of having "Trump Derangement Syndrome," a trope used by the president and MAGA for anyone who criticizes the president. Carville made his hatred of the president well known in a viral statement in which he said he absolutely suffers from the non-existent affliction. “You’re right! I got Trump Derangement Syndrome — I hate the motherf-----," he said in a Politicon video on March 7. “I want to hate him more. I pray to God in heaven,” Carville admitted. The 81-year-old Democratic firebrand known as the “Ragin' Cajun" gained national fame as the lead strategist for Bill Clinton's successful 1992 presidential campaign, where he popularized the phrase, "It’s the economy, stupid.” He has been married to prominent Republican strategist Mary Matalin since 1993; their cross-partisan marriage has been the subject of several books and the documentary The War Room. Carville has repeatedly argued that Trump "doesn't like the United States," citing his behavior during a dignified transfer of fallen service members and his alleged disregard for the Constitution.

I think anything related to Epstein would fall under this ruling. --They have no immunity for unofficial (private) acts. And with that ruling he would not have any immunity for any act ( say he went out and robbed a bank or as far as Epstein any sexual interaction that is unlawful) be it during his presidential term, before or after.

@MaFrt1 @AzPetrich Sorry to bother! But your points were clear so I thought I’d ask, does that mean that within the Epstein case, he does not have immunity for private acts he did before presidency? (Thanks!)
