A big signing for @vicpremcricket club Casey South Melbourne, landing quickie Muhammad Irfan Jnr on a two-year deal. He was a key player for Western Suburbs in Sydney Premier Cricket and also spent time in the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

Great to talk to Heath Pyke, one of the true greats of Victorian country cricket and still going strong for Wendouree CC at age 39. A few years ago he reached his century. His captain asked if he wanted to retire on 100. 'Fuck that,' he replied. He went on to make 270 not out.

NEW: Man with a suspended license joins court Zoom call while driving in his car. This is the funniest video I've seen in a long time. Judge Cedric Simpson can be seen dumbfounded after defendant Corey Harris dialed into the meeting from his car. Simpson: "Mr. Harris, are you driving?" Harris: "Actually, I'm pulling into my doctor's office, actually. Just give me one second." Judge Simpson then revoked Harris's bond and ordered him to turn himself into the local jail. The incident happened in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Two milestones in tomorrow's @vicpremcricket GF: 150th match for Swan Michael Wallace and 100th match for Blue Connor Rutland. 'Wally' played his first game as a young leggie for St Kilda in 2011-12. Now, with five tons and almost 4000 runs, he's a bulwark of the CSM batting.
