And then after all that ordeal you book the experience and you are sent the voucher and THEN have to get in contact with the place you’ve booked the voucher for and BOOK AGAIN! Such a stupid hassle

I would recommend that no one decides to buy from them as they make it purposefully difficult to utilise. It doesn’t tell you locations on some. Doesn’t tell you what you receive. You have to pay extra on top of your voucher for most. Just a bad bad company. Don’t book with them

@RedLetterDaysUK your website for booking experiences is a shambles. The filters don’t work. When looking at a map of all experiences when you click on it the map zooms off to some random place (currently Italy). The choices aren’t accurate on what you receive. Just poor service
