Arabization and Islamization were long historical processes. there was no mass conversion of mainly Christian populations under the Hijazi Arabs rule from the 630s. it took centuries until those new dominions were majorly Muslim or Arabic speaking. There's a long literature on this, if you want to bother with research rather than spouting biases.

The feeble defense that Arab conquest happened in the 7th century and is therefore irrelevant to the present as an ongoing structure of Arab and Islamic settler-colonialism fails on grounds of both factual inaccuracy and internal inconsistency. First, antizionists who claim to care about historical injustice routinely treat founding acts of domination as ongoing structures rather than one-time events. That is the entire force of the rhetoric of the “ongoing Nakba,” used by antizionists to circulate the genocide libel, which marks Israel as an object to be annihilated. Second, Patrick Wolfe, the foundational theorist of settler-colonial studies, explicitly defined settler-colonialism as "a structure, not an event." The point, then, is not merely that the theory of settler-colonialism can be applied to Arab conquest. It is that, on its own stated premises, it applies with remarkable internal consistency. It identifies an enduring structure of domination, assimilation, elimination, and reenactment—and helps explain why ethnic cleansing and genocide emerged from that structure in ways fully continuous with what the theory claims to illuminate elsewhere.
