Tell me how genuine Gallego's post is when he had to go back 26 years, and left out Biden's inflation?

In 2000, the average pound of ground beef cost 29% of the minimum wage. Today it’s 110%. This is what people mean when they say this economy isn’t working. We need to raise the minimum wage and break up meat packing monopolies.
