@aangdaily Plus Tagah's design just kinda contradicts airbending. It's not about the muscles that make power but it's the connection to the element, kinda similar to what Iroh was telling Zuko in the first ep.

The worst writing decision they made in recent stories was reducing the Avatar State to just a power-up. What made it compelling before was how it felt like a terrifying possession overtaking the Avatar’s body, not something you’d pop out after every minor inconvenience
