in the video (from early may '07; she went to jail in june) she's leaving the office of her attorney richard hutton, who would be the one to drive her the night she turned herself in weeks later, which tmz got the exclusive footage of in exchange for hiring hutton's daughter:

"on her way to jail" this was weeks before she went to jail and was one of her attempts (along with being photographed going to church and sharing a myspace petition to governor schwarzenegger) to gain sympathy and get her sentenced reduced
