@MoonlitAzalea Especially the coke, people drink coke like its water. Coke can clean pans and toilet. Now guess what it does to your body. If you can't drink plain water you can add lemons or make a herbal green tea. Had great health benefits.

The rate at which people (esp young people) are coming down with this condition is alarming and if we keep living like this, it'll only get worse.
Years ago, this condition was almost like a myth but now it's literally the new malaria only that it'll drain everything out of you.

I don't know how you want to do it but protect your kidneys at all cost. Protect your Kidneys!!! Drink at least 3ltrs of water daily! Reduce carbonated drinks! Reduce your salt intake! Check your BP! Kidney disease is one of the most terrible things that can happen to a person!

Especially in this country. Having Kidney disease is low-key on par with being sentenced to death. Avoid self medication, goodness! Go to the hospital immediately you feel something is off. Drink water. Avoid sugar. Just start living a healthier lifestyle. I beg you!!!!
