@KateShemirani Strange. The link to waterpure.co.uk didn’t work. Nor did it when I entered the url. Nor when I clicked on a Google search. Odd. Thanks for the heads up.

When I was diagnosed with an aggressive and deadly breast cancer 14 years ago, one of the first things that I learned and changed was my water. I immediately purchased a distiller and stopped using fluoride toothpaste. This was just the beginning of 14 years of study and teaching others what I have learned for myself and the reason that I am alive and well and cancer free today, refusing chemotherapy, radiotherapy, tamoxifen and zolodex, against advice. waterpure.co.uk/?cmid=THVmWlZF… READ ON…. Fluoride + Aluminium. Not nutrients. Not harmless. Not isolated. Most people think exposure is “tiny” and therefore irrelevant. That’s not how biology works. Fluoride is highly reactive. Aluminium is biologically disruptive. Individually they raise questions. Together? They interact. Fluoride binds to aluminium and forms aluminium–fluoride complexes (AlFx). These compounds can mimic phosphate in the body. That means they can interfere with cell signalling, the system your body uses to control EVERYTHING. Think about that. Your hormones. Your brain signals. Your cellular communication. All rely on precise signalling. Now introduce a compound that can falsely switch signals on or off. This isn’t theory. Biochemical research shows these complexes can:- Disrupt enzyme activity Interfere with G-protein signalling Alter how cells respond to messages Your body wasn’t designed for that. Now add cumulative exposure. You’re not just getting fluoride from water. You’re getting it from your tea, processed foods, toothpaste and from your drinks made with fluoridated water. And aluminium? You are getting this from ; Cookware, Packaging, Food additives and yes… your ‘Medications’ It all adds up! The conversation is always framed as “safe levels.” But no one talks about this; Total load. Over time. In combination! Studies have shown; Fluoride exposure linked to lower IQ in children at higher levels. Aluminium linked to oxidative stress and neurological disruption. Combined exposure increasing damage in experimental models That should raise questions. Your body needs; Magnesium Zinc Iodine Selenium It does not need fluoride or aluminium! This isn’t about me trying to scare you. I am trying to inform you. This is about reducing unnecessary chemical burden in a world already overloaded. So folks, be smart. Start simple. Filter your water properly. Be aware of sources. Support your body with real nutrients. You don’t have to accept everything you’re given. 👉 If you’re serious about what you’re putting into your body, start with your water. I use a distiller. This is the best company I have used in the last 14 years since my cancer diagnosis and finding the truth and the many reasons I got sick. waterpure.co.uk/?cmid=THVmWlZF

With the words “Welsh lad?” Reform donor Aaron Banks implies this Plaid supporter can’t be Welsh because he’s black. Reform reveals itself - again. And again. And again.

Quite extraordinary that Philip Barton, then permanent under secretary at the foreign office, was not involved at all in discussions about the appointment of Peter Mandelson as US ambassador until Keir Starmer had made the decision on 15 December. This is the most important diplomatic post. Barton was in charge of the entire diplomatic network. His views were never sought by Downing Street or by the Prime Minister

Scrap Digital ID! Huge banner unfurled in Trafalgar Square on Saturday as part of coordinated rallies across all four nations. Big thank you to the speakers, volunteers and everyone who joined us in London, Edinburgh, Cardiff and Belfast. Public pressure has already forced a climbdown - now this proposal must be scrapped entirely. @uklabour: this dangerous, undemocratic scheme is not wanted. #ScrapDigitalID #together

.@rfenell. Perhaps, if you can’t discuss the matter without unearned superiority, best not do so at all. You levelled the accusation of ‘irrationality’ , which is quite rude. Now you find you can’t justify it, but lack the courage to admit it.

@ClarkeMicah A number of my dearest friends have religious beliefs. I do not get stuck in the mire of pointless argument with them. Enjoy your day, @ClarkeMicah, with my very best wishes.

5G. Chemtrails. When the bees die, everything dies. But carry on watching Netflix, going to the football, Amazon Prime, give them the Colosseum give them bread and circuses and they will not see until it’s too late.

South Lebanon is being destroyed. A humanitarian disaster. 1.2 million people, including 400,000 children, displaced by bombardment. Villages flattened. Innocent civilians killed. Parents grieving over their dead children. This cannot be justified

To get to the "lives saved" claim from the Inquiry we would need spring 2020 levels of death none stop.
David Paton@cricketwyvern

This graph from @ClareCraigPath for @LD_Sceptics illlustrates how ridiculous is the claim the Covid vaccine saved 475,000 lives in England alone. The figure is complete nonsense. That the @covidinquiryuk took it seriously raises even more questions about its credibility. ...

A Cancer Study With 84% Positive Results. The NIH Should Have Done This. Nearly 200 patients. Prostate. Breast. Lung. Solid organ cancers — many already metastatic. 48% reported regression. 36% held stable. The combination is widely available, inexpensive, and now under peer review. The National Cancer Institute still hasn't moved. The question is why. Join the Fight: mcculloughfnd.org Courtesy of Real America's Voice @RealAmVoice, Live From Studio 6B @lfs6b #MedicalFreedom
