@NVConsumerHelp wondering what my rights are if I bought a car @CarMax Reno & three advertised features (Massaging Seats, Active Park Assist, Heated Steering Wheel) aren't actually on the car? I bought it thinking the options might be buried in a setting menu - they are not. Help?

🚨 SCAM ALERT 🚨 This morning, around 8:30 a.m., LVMPD responded to a business in the 3100 block of East Sunset Road after a large group of upset people gathered. Victims reported that they had applied for a job opportunity as third-party Amazon delivery drivers, advertised online on January 21. Applicants were asked to fill out an application and pay a $200 fee in cash, credit cards, or checks. They were told to return for an interview at a later date. Today, when several applicants returned, they discovered the business had been completely vacated by the people responsible. It turns out the job posting was a scam. As word spread on social media, more victims arrived at the location. At this time, the number of victims is unknown, and our Financial Crimes section is actively investigating. 📢 If you believe you are a victim, please contact LVMPD Financial Crimes immediately: 📞 702-828-3483 📧 FinancialCrimes@lvmpd.com
