@Orientsphincter I thought Alfie was going to be our third choice cb?
And then probably Charlie, because he’s versatile, or something.
English

@theorienteer_ @OrientOutlook I’ve never seen any of the first 3 play so no comment. I assume Happe is one of those offered reduced terms that RW told Dave about.
English

@OrientOutlook Bullas and Nzang should of stayed on
Gordon listing harsh
Happe shouldn't have a new deal
Fine other than that

@MrTibblesNewEra @JamesBennettUK Hard to believe a cabbie could be racist?
English

@GabSutton With James being released and Wellens talking about increased athleticism, do you think he’d fit #LOFC ?
FYI @OrientOutlook

Ilmari Niskanen 🇫🇮
Tough-tackling wing-back with incredible stamina, strong on either foot, can play either side, capable of some lovely crosses and cut-backs on the run.
Huge part of his game is creating in first-time final actions, when opponents have been carved open.
I suspect playing for a top-end side would bring fresh challenges for him, as I don't know yet how good he'll be when he has to be a busier, more prominent part of the creative process.
For that reason, I wouldn't pitch him to a League One promotion favourite necessarily, but I do think he could be a fantastic addition to an ambitious side that likes to embrace transitional attacks, which is why I think Wycombe should go for him.
I know Michael Duff has spoken about wanting to add athleticism and grit to his squad, and Niskanen could be perfect.
I remember his Barnsley side: you felt like one crossfield ball from Luca Connell and Jordan Williams and Adam Phillips were away down that right-hand side, and had some great one-touch combination play.
From that template, I think Niskanen could do the Williams RWB role really nicely if he goes to 3-5-2, but I'd also back him to be solid defensively as a conventional right-back if the formation remains 4-2-3-1.

@nishsterling @Brunte84 They organise their own cremations by setting light to wheelie bins and hotels.
English

@Brunte84 @MummaRicha61425 This was a great watch, Nigel and his colleagues have done a wicked job promoting Reform. Fingers crossed for Thursday ✋️
English

@Brunte84 Because everyone there appears to be retired. Non reformers are busy working to pay for their triple lock pensions.
English

@ScottG19912019 @OrientOutlook They took my money with joy and I like to think a look of subtle bemusement.
English

Anyone struggling to renew their season ticket because the website not loading, or are they trying to tell me next season is going to be just as painful?

@anon_opin The Anti Nowhere League knew what they were on about.

Recommendation: sign him immediately! And no - I don’t want the last minute.com loan fiascos of the past 2 seasons. Just speaking for about 8,000 friends!

❌ Plaid Cymru want to break Wales away from the United Kingdom.
❌ Independence would mean Wales taking on a share of the UK’s £2.9 trillion national debt.
❌ Which equates to around £7,000 extra per person per year.
➡️ In Reform we are focussed on 🫵🏻Your priorities - Health, Education, Cost of Living, Jobs, Transport, Agriculture and cutting your Taxes and supporting our businesses.
➡️ Our priorities, are the people’s priorities.

@davidwt1997 @GabSutton @EFL @OrientOutlook have you seen this?
Maybe tracking away tickets would have been a better use of resources than emailing season ticket holders who missed a few games.
English

So my account from a steward:
They were told that we had only sold about 400 tickets, so they gave us a section which equalled that - in reality we had sold over 500 + on the day (which took it too around 700).
Orient had sold sections of the away end to home fans, resulting in an overcrowding in the away section that had been given to us. Apparently the stewards had been told about it, but had no answers.
English

If you’ve seen a final day @EFL game this afternoon, I’d love to hear your thoughts 💭
English

@davidwt1997 @GabSutton @EFL Sorry to hear that. It was obvious we had home fans to your right, into what is usually away seating, I assumed we’d have managed to count accurately. Mind you, our attendance announcements should have made it clear we can’t.
English

@GabSutton @EFL A really open game overshadowed by disgusting organisation by Leyton Orient in that away end today.
Ultimately a point a piece and each team in League One next season.
English

@UnofficialOA Teachers set detentions, then some chase and some refer to subject leads, sometimes year leads. I’m only a TA but it feels like certain students just keep refusing and often the staff give up. Very little deterrent.
English

More than four in five #LOFC fans expect us to be playing League One football next season 🙂

English

@UnofficialOA Hmm. We seem to have an ineffective hybrid of the 2. Thanks for explaining.
English

@OrientRob You set detention.
SLT/Middle leader runs the detention.
If they don’t turn up, SLT/middle leader sets and enforces another.
‘All’ you have to do is set it.
Non-centralised means you set it, chase it up, etc. all by yourself. It’s a nightmare at most schools.
English

@UnofficialOA I’ve worked in a school for nearly 10 years but not familiar with this term; what is a centralised detention policy?
