Baring in mind that the player being wrestled didn’t touch the ball, meaning the ‘offside’ offence should be looked at from the long ball (albeit can’t be seen on the clip) then I would suggest it probably isn’t, given that when the players first enter the frame, Beesley is level with the last man. As for the penalty, 6 of one, half a dozen of the other, but plenty of those given.

@davidwt1997 How much clearer can you get than this to prove that it was offside. Also, never a pen IMO, got to the ball first, excellent decision.

Lawlor has got the Cod Army at 9th place since he took over as interim, running at 1.54PPG in that period, up from 1.31PPG before. Just two defeats at home to Notts County and Bromley under Lawlor too. I like that appointment. Knows the club and got good people around him.
