Funny how when you call out terrible Restaurants on here @Outback and @wingstop they say oh DM us and we will rectify the issue. Then you never hear from them again.

@Outback in Sunset Hills MO, continued, both steaks tasted fine. Our server was very nice and friendly. My only other negative comment is a busser was clearing a booth and literally walked around the table on the seat cushions then didn't wipe them off, kinda gross.

@UberEats @Outback Last night three of my family members were sick with the flu so I used your service. The first order was cancelled 30 minutes after ordering by the delivery driver. The message I received said I could try again. After doing this around 7:40 p.m., the food eventually arrives around 8:20 p.m.. Not only was it cold and soggy, basically inedible, the time showed 7:15 p.m. on the labels, despite this second order being placed around 7:40 p.m..Essentially the original orders food was used for the second order, causing the food to become a complete mess after staying in the containers for over an hour before they finally arrived. @Outback Ordered a steak with a loaded baked potato and got a plain baked potato. You'd think for 40 bucks they could get the order right after a 10 dollar driver tip.

Dear @Outback. You no longer have my loyalty due to my two favorite menu items being tampered with. Trying to be like other steakhouses and not unique. Cookie photo I took 02/21/25. Burger 10/23/22. I used to tell everyone how great both items were but not anymore.

@Outback just went to one of your locations 6091 Oxon Hill Rd, Oxon Hill, MD 20745. This is what we were given it was disgusting. Broccoli dry no butter no seasoning mashed potatoes the same. Steak asked for medium well originally given medium raw chances are going back soon zero
