@KendallRogers Is it accurate that teams who don’t increase the current number of scholarships can still have 40-man rosters?

Some additional information on the House Settlement: 1) New roster limits apply ONLY to schools/conferences who have opted in (it's more than 250 schools). 2) You MUST declare your 34-man roster by December 1. 3) I am NOT expecting major conferences to hold members to a specific scholarship total. Expect programs to offer as many as they want (up to 34).
