@PendulumRiding @MoreBirths In the US it's white TFR that has stabilized, non-white TFR is declining. Same in some Euro countries (Scandinavia), but unfortunately not in all.

So far in 2026, births in the United States and most of Europe are stabilizing. Some countries are even showing slight recovery.
Meanwhile across much of East Asia, births continue to be in free fall. Many Asian countries have a fertility rate below 1.0 now.

A few people have also commented that the benefits from diet are due to healthy dieters getting lots of linoleic acid from salads, but when they made those remarks, that was already explicitly addressed and shown to be false in the paper!
Seed oil critics are *so* lazy.

It is interesting that the anti-seed oil arguments are ultimately just cope.
They never have any evidence on their side that goes beyond low-quality, uninterpretable schlock, bad ecological reasoning, mechanistic reasoning, or ignorant rejoinders that prove they don't read.

I've updated my paper on the health impacts of seed oils with causal analyses! I found lots of family data in the NHANES, so used family fixed-effects. I found that... Serum linoleic acid was associated with BETTER health, even within families!

Do you see it? He states that's not a quote and when the reporter (who is actually doing journalism!) says I can read the quote, this unethical, immoral, evil, smug, seditious, traitor to Canada IMMEDIATLY tells her the quote is unquotable.
But the morally weak, intellectually feeble, and ethically vacant Liberal supporters won't put their elbows down to see it.
