The killing of Alex Pretti is a heartbreaking tragedy. It should also be a wake-up call to every American, regardless of party, that many of our core values as a nation are increasingly under assault.

The Daily Show just put MAGA in a body bag. The same crowd that worships the 2nd Amendment for Kyle Rittenhouse and January 6 suddenly decided Alex Pretti’s legal gun was the problem? That’s not principle. That’s selective outrage in a red hat. They don’t care about the Constitution. They care about who gets to have rights.

Normal jurisdictions cooperate with ICE to hand over these individuals when they have them in custody. But sanctuary jurisdictions (like Minneapolis) do not cooperate with ICE and release them on the streets after they have served their time for whatever they were in local custody for instead of handing them over to ICE for deportation. This forces ICE to hunt them down in streets.

Because you have a bunch of people who think living and trying to fool the people will not face the consequences! Oh they will. We the American people will not and can not stand for this.

Tim Walz does NOT believe in law and order.  No amount of propaganda from his allies in the liberal media will convince the American people otherwise. Under the incompetent leadership of Tim Walz, Minnesota oversaw massive fraud schemes that resulted in tens of billions of dollars in stolen American taxpayer funds.  Walz refuses to allow local and state law enforcement to cooperate with ICE in arresting and removing dangerous criminal illegal aliens from Minnesota communities.  Since President Trump took office, Walz has released nearly 500 criminal illegal aliens back onto Minnesota’s streets instead of transferring them to federal law enforcement custody. Walz has spread malicious lies about federal law enforcement officers, placing targets on the backs of the men and women who risk their lives every day to remove illegal alien murderers, rapists, pedophiles, and gang members from our streets.   Walz wants chaos which is why he’s repeatedly encouraged left-wing agitators to stalk and record federal officers in the middle of lawful operations, leading to officers being doxxed, targeted, impeded, and placed in extremely dangerous situations. Don’t forget, this is the same Tim Walz who allowed rioters to burn Minneapolis in the summer of 2020.  President Trump will never back down on his core promise to deport violent illegal criminals from American communities — a promise that nearly 80 million Americans voted for, over the Open Borders Agenda of Kamala Harris and Tim Walz.   Governor Walz should do the right thing by Minnesotans and work WITH, rather than AGAINST, federal law enforcement.  Just look at states like Florida and Texas, and cities like Washington, DC — when there is cooperation among law enforcement, there is peace and safety.

It is telling that people like Bruce lose it over a guy who gets killed when he went to disrupt the work of law enforcement officers with a loaded gun, extra magazines and no ID, but nary a word about the child rapists and murderers that ICE is trying to get off the streets because authorities in Minnesota choose to release them to prey on their citizens. None of this happens if they just hand them over to ICE like every other jurisdiction with a shred of common sense does. When I was in Minneapolis, I heard a number of crazy stories. But near the top of the list: A couple of off duty ICE and CBP officers were going to dinner in Minneapolis. They were doxed and their location revealed, and the restaurant was then mobbed. The officers were locked in the restaurant, and local police refused to respond to their pleas for help (as they've been directed by local authorities). Eventually, their fellow federal agents came to their aid. This is just a taste of what's happening in Minneapolis because state and local officials refuse to cooperate with immigration enforcement. They have created the chaos so they can have moments like yesterday, where someone tragically dies and politicians get to grandstand about the evils of enforcing the border. The solution is staring everyone in the face. I hope authorities in Minneapolis stop this madness.
