@sandiwebster Hi Sandi. Great tip. I'm also familiar with the activity of writing a letter to one's younger self as a way of reflecting and putting current times into perspective. That's another great exercise.

This morning, I got my "run for Ahmaud" run done on the hotel treadmill. It's still dark in northern California at 6 AM! Someone told me it would light by 6. Not! I didn't see daylight until well past 7. By then, I was finished.
