@CooperativeBank I have been on hold for 40 mins trying to sort out a switch problem. I cannot pay my overdraft as part of my switch the money keeps bouncing to new account! How can I contact the collections dept???

@CooperativeBank I can't belive I did the banking switch from Natwest in January to this god awful service! It's absolutely shocking for a bank to be this bad in 2021. Invest some of that community money into banking instead of bees for godsake! 🙈

@CooperativeBank I switched on Thursday and have had to call up 3 times now to correct stuff - each call was 30 minutes waiting time! I run a business and don't have 30 minutes Monday morning to hold for an adviser!!
