@victoriaccross I dont like litter either.But it isnt always just someone else’s job. Our residents organise litter picks because it’s a good thing to do and I challenge people if I see them deliberately drop something “sorry mate i think you’ve dropped something”

So sad to see see so much litter in Chester. Maybe the council should curb their obsession with parking fines and address this problem instead. #chester #litter
