@ShitChester @GPorterJourno @andyphotos1 I read this as: there are no investors, there is no hotel operations...in the recent months they've been unable to find new investors, the company issuing the statement owns land and a trademark and is not themselves investing. Just my read.

I'm guessing it's quite tricky to run a posh hotel in the middle of a buildings site (and run a building site in the middle of a posh hotel) so I guess that's why they have to close to address the issues.

@GPorterJourno @ShitChester @andyphotos1 If this were profitable then the building issues would be dealt with. The truth to any incomer is that Cheshire Oaks killed Chester. I've tried repeatedly to stage a boycott. Now I too am leaving the city. The city doesn't understand local.
