@SarahIsAwsm Subsidized healthcare entrenches the existing monoliths, massively inflates costs, and forces all medical practice through harmful low quality doctors. There are now more medical administrators than practicing doctors.

You wanna stop this shit from happening? Vote in your local & state elections. We can still make a difference at that level. Instead of doomering & refusing to vote because the federal government isn't what you want, vote in local elections. It matters way more.

Tough day. First I spoke to a female inmate who's being pressured by officials to change her story and say she wasn't abused by a trans-identifying male inmate. Then another inmate called and told me that the same abuse is happening in Maine's JUVENILE prison. She was in juvenile hall from age 11 and it turns out that they're housing teenage boys who identify as girls with the girls. One 17 yr old boy was so sexually abusive to the girls that parents had to threaten to sue to finally get him transferred to the boys' unit after two years. Due to confidentiality for minor inmates, it's a lot harder for us to find out who is in the juvenile prison or get contact with them. Frankly, it hadn't even occurred to me that this would be a problem there, too, but of course it is. And none of the organizations that should be helping will even acknowledge the problem, because most of them testified in favor of the law to put male inmates in female prisons in 2021. That includes the Maine Coalition Against Sexual Assault and the Maine Women's Lobby.

Country security guard thinks his rules supersede the law. This bodycam footage from Montgomery County, Tennessee, captures one of the most stunning, blatant misunderstandings of basic law you will ever see from a county security officer. What starts as a standard First Amendment audit at a county government building quickly devolves into an extreme case of ego-driven overreach, leaving a county sheriff's deputy stuck playing law professor to an incredibly hostile and incompetent guard. The situation is simple: A citizen journalist is on public property, outside a government facility, filming. She is exercising her constitutional rights. With absolute, unearned confidence, this guard approaches the auditor and demands she stop filming, declaring that government property is "not public property." Let that sink in for a moment. Someone hired to protect a public county facility genuinely believes that the public has no right to be there, and that a citizen requires permission from a facilities manager just to stand on the sidewalk with a camera. When a Montgomery County sheriff’s deputy arrives, things take a truly bizarre turn. Instead of backing down when actual law enforcement arrives, the guard doubles down. The deputy, after confirming the law with his superiors, calmly explains to the guard that the auditor is entirely within her legal rights. The ground is public. No laws are being broken. But ego is a powerful thing. Instead of accepting the correction, the guard snaps. He begins yelling at the deputy, arguing that his internal company policy somehow supersedes constitutional law. He literally tries to pull rank on a sworn law enforcement officer, claiming the rules are his to enforce and threatening to call higher-ups to get his way. It gets worse. When the auditor attempts to walk into the building to file a legitimate public records request—a fundamental right of every American citizen—the guard says he will physically remove her. "You're not going in that building," he barks, threatening removal if she tries to step past him. Watching this level of aggression and ignorance play out is infuriating, but it also forces you to ask a much darker question: How many citizens has this man violated the rights of during his career? How many everyday people, intimidated by the uniform and the aggressive posture, simply complied and walked away? How many people were denied access to public records, forced off public sidewalks, or unlawfully detained because this man weaponized his ignorance? First Amendment auditors often take a lot of heat, but this video is the exact reason why accountability filming is so vital. Without a camera rolling, this guard's word would have been taken over an ordinary citizen's every single time. Fortunately, accountability caught up with him. Once this bodycam footage made its way to the public and county officials saw the liability walking around their complex, action was taken. The guard was officially removed from his position at the facility. It is a stark reminder that a uniform is a responsibility, not a license to bully. If you are tasked with protecting a public space, you better understand the rights of the public you are serving.

Krazy Karens take many different forms. They can be everything from your next door neighbor to the garbage man collecting trash in the park. But some of the interesting versions are the ones that are in positions of power or authority. More Krazy Karen in route as I type this up.

Tyrant cop trying to force the ticket out the door gets caught in her lie, packs up her toys and runs. We are in Santa Paula California where a local Police Department officer conducted a traffic stop claiming there was a problem with the plates on the vehicle. She returned to her vehicle and shortly approached the driver with a citation for the following: Not having proper license plates No proof of insurance Expired/ no valid registration. The driver immediately calls her bluff, stating clearly that he has both his insurance and registration valid and accessible. Instead of allowing him to produce the documents, the officer immediately jumps to extreme high-pressure tactics. Holding out her clipboard, she delivers a classic ultimatim: "If you don't sign it, you're gonna go to jail." Knowing his rights, the driver refuses to be bullied into signing a fraudulent citation and demands a supervisor. Watch how quickly the energy shifts. The officer steps away to call her sergeant, realizing the driver isn't backing down and that her claims won't hold up under a supervisor's scrutiny. When she returns, the "shall go to jail" absolute completely vanishes. Suddenly, the officer claims her sergeant decided to let him off with just a "verbal warning." She hands back his ID and tells him to ensure his California plates are mounted and his digital documents are ready next time. But the real corruption shows in how it ends. When the driver rightfully requests the sergeant's name, along with the officers' names and badge numbers for his own records, the officer completely shuts down. Refusing to identify herself or provide the mandated accountability information, she ignores his requests, climbs into her cruiser, and drives off—ironically without even putting on her own seatbelt. It's clear in this situation that she was trying to push that ticket out the door and had zero cares if what she was citing him for was valid.

Those great videos from law enforcement do not end at the dash cam or body cam. There are plenty of videos that make their way to us from the court room. As always these are for entertainment and educational purposes.

Leftist don't actually have principles or beliefs, they do have a religion and they will rationalize any evil that comes from that religion to keep power. Just like leftist voters in Virginia voted for the guy who threatened to kill kids, they will vote for a guy who cheats habitually on his wife who has nazi tattoos after a decade of complaining about Trump being a cheater and a nazi.

Actual Maine voters stand by Graham Platner: “Does he have a problematic past? Yes, but I would rather have a redemption story than somebody telling you how wonderful they are, how much research they do, and yet they still make the wrong decision for the people of Maine” “Would I date him? No, but we’re not looking for perfection. We are where we are, we have a Senate that’s controlled by the Republicans who are not holding this president in check and that is a higher priority”

My hands have not stopped shaking since I read this. On June 5, 2026, a spokesperson for the Chinese Foreign Ministry stood at a podium in Beijing and demanded that a museum in Japan, in Nagasaki, change the wording on one of its exhibit panels. A Japanese museum. In a Japanese city. About Japanese history. The wording the city of Nagasaki chose was not invented by some politician. It was based directly on what is taught in Japanese middle school and high school textbooks, and on the position of Japan's own Foreign Ministry. That is not enough for Beijing. "We will not allow it to be falsified," the spokesperson said. About a museum panel. In another country. Imagine France standing at a podium and ordering the Smithsonian to rewrite its World War II exhibits. Imagine Germany standing at a podium and ordering the British Museum to change its colonial history room. Imagine Russia standing at a podium and ordering the Hiroshima museum to soften its language about the atomic bomb. The free world would lose its mind. But when Beijing does it to Japan, on a Friday afternoon, the rest of the world barely looks up. This is not a debate about history. This is a foreign government, in 2026, dictating what a sovereign nation is allowed to write on the walls of its own museum. If they can edit a panel in Nagasaki today, they can edit a textbook in your country tomorrow. And the worst part? Most people will never even hear about this.

Milton Friedman's greatest regret. The federal government discovered the perfect crime in 1943: make employers collect taxes before workers ever see their paychecks. You think you earn $60,000 per year, but you actually earn $75,000 and hand over $15,000 to politicians without ever touching it. The psychological difference is enormous. Before payroll withholding, Americans wrote quarterly checks directly to the Treasury. Picture yourself sitting at your kitchen table, writing a $3,750 check to the IRS every three months. The pain was immediate and visceral. Politicians faced constant pressure to justify every dollar because citizens felt the extraction in real time. Withholding transforms this concrete loss into an abstract accounting entry. Your employer becomes an unpaid tax collector, and you never experience the actual cost of government. Worse, most people celebrate their tax refunds as government generosity rather than recognizing them as interest-free loans they provided to politicians. The Treasury collects your money throughout the year, spends it immediately, then returns your own cash and receives gratitude. This system enables the explosion in government spending you witness today. Defense contractors billing $640 for toilet seats, agricultural subsidies for corn syrup, and congressional salaries for 535 people who rarely show up to work. When taxation feels painless, voters stop demanding accountability for how their money gets spent. Milton Friedman helped design withholding as a wartime emergency measure and later called it his greatest regret. Free market economists recognized that the psychological pain of direct taxation creates political pressure for fiscal restraint. The temporary always becomes permanent in government hands, and the emergency justification disappears while the extraction mechanism remains forever.

This is really pulling the mask off. The previous narrative was "late ballots always lean toward Democrats, it's just demographics" But now we are seeing that late ballots always lean toward the specific Democrat who needs more ballots. That is not possible.
