Changing temperatures can lead to higher energy use — and higher bills. We're reminding customers that help is available through a variety of bill assistance, forgiveness and energy efficiency programs designed to make monthly electric costs more manageable.

@PotomacEdison So I can e mail a photo of my solar meter and you will submit to the company. Why didn’t the representatives mention this when I was on the phone with them? They said the phone is the only possible way.

@PotomacEdison I have a solar meter and the only way I can summit the reading is by calling and waiting hours for you to take simple data. Please modify your website to allow me to submit my solar meter or give me a email to commercial billing to submit it. Stop inconveniencing your customers!

Fallen trees and blocked roads can also delay crews as they travel to outage locations. Once these conditions subside, we’ll be out there working to restore service as quickly as safely possible.

We continue to monitor today's windstorm closely. Strong winds can make it harder for our crews to restore power and may slow restoration efforts. For safety reasons, crews cannot use bucket trucks when wind speeds are above 40 mph.

@MDSenate @MDSenateGOP @iamwesmoore @mdhousedems @MDhouseGOP @PotomacEdison What if anything is being done to help Marylander’s with what has become inexcusable and out of control electricity costs. Both middle and upper class workers are being forced to pay these exuberant cost increases not only for their own electricity usage but also for those in low income brackets who qualify for subsidies through programs such as the federal energy assistance program. Middle class citizens always seem to find themselves squeezed in the middle and simply ignored and disregarded by their elected officials. Perhaps the latter may have much to do with the producers of electricity lining the pockets of those we elected to protect us from such injustices🇺🇸
