🧵 THREAD: Why dealers are FORCED to buy and sell SPX at specific levels every day and how to front-run them for $500–$1000 on 0DTE.

The market does NOT treat every weekday equally. And one day is statistically engineered for mean reversion. Tuesday. A 1%+ overnight gap on NQ has a: • 78% probability of filling on Tuesday • 71% on Friday • only 45% on Thursday Read that again. Thursday gaps are almost twice as likely to KEEP RUNNING compared to Tuesday gaps. That changes how you should trade them entirely. Some more crazy stats: • Monday is the WORST day to trust bullish gap-ups → 14% completely fade back below Friday close • Gap-downs statistically fill MORE often than gap-ups • If a major gap survives Day 1 and Day 2… it often becomes a multi-week trend expansion Most traders see a gap and think: “price will fill it.” Professionals ask: “What DAY is it?” Because weekday behavior changes market structure completely. Tuesday = mean reversion. Thursday = institutional continuation. Same setup. Different probabilities. Different trade. How many traders here actually factor WEEKDAY statistics into their execution? #NQ #Trading

someone asked me: how do you identify intraday bias? here's exactly how i do it — using yesterdays $SPY as the example. step 1 — check overnight price action SPY closed at $733.73. night session: high $734.86 · low $731.81. currently sitting at $732.31 after hours. that tells me sellers are in control overnight. bearish lean going into tomorrow. step 2 — mark your key reference levels resistance: → $737.63 — today's high. first touch tomorrow = puts. → $735.00 — whole dollar. watch for reaction. → $734.86 — night session high. rejection zone. support: → $732.00 — whole dollar. calls on bounce. → $731.53 — today's low area. major support. → $731.28 — intraday low. if this breaks — puts. step 3 — check RSI RSI sitting at 29.68 right now. that's oversold territory. what does that tell me? if SPY opens weak tomorrow and pushes toward $731 — RSI confirms exhaustion. calls on first touch bounce. if SPY opens and reclaims $734+ — bias flips neutral to slightly bullish. wait for the next level reaction. step 4 — set your bias based on today's price action: bearish bias going into tomorrow. SPY sold off $6+ from high to low today. overnight session holding below $734. RSI oversold but not at extreme low yet. bias: bearish lean. favor puts at resistance. calls only on a clean oversold bounce with RSI confirmation. step 5 — the first 5 minutes confirms everything don't trade the open. watch it. which direction does SPY move first? that either confirms your bias or tells you to flip it. bias isn't a prediction. it's a starting point. the chart always gets the final say.

i trade $SPY 0DTE every day. the rules stay the same every session. 1) identify your intraday bias before open. bullish. bearish. neutral. know it before you touch the platform. 2) mark your levels pre-market. whole dollar strikes. PMH. PML. PDH. PDL. these are where price reacts. every time. 3) first touch only. fresh level. fresh orders. cleanest reaction. 2nd touch = smaller size. 3rd touch = no trade. 4) run the conviction stack before every entry. fast move to the level ($2-3+)? ✓ RSI > 70 for puts · RSI < 30 for calls? ✓ first touch today? ✓ all three = full size. two = smaller. one = skip. 5) strike selection: 1-strike OTM. nothing further. you're not betting on a $5 move. you're capturing the first reaction. 6) if the trade hasn't moved toward breakeven in 30 minutes — scale out. morning session setups should play out within 1–15 minutes.. if thesis weakens, then exit and reposition. don't hold and hope. 7) never chase a missed entry. if your level triggered and you weren't in — let it go. there will be another level. another session. chasing is how accounts get blown. 8) +15% target. exit immediately. no exceptions. not +20%. not +30%. take the base hit. platform closes. the market will always be there tomorrow. 9) trail your stop after TP1. especially on choppy days. lock in what you have. never let a winner turn into a loser. 10) no mental stop losses. ever. the moment you enter — your stop loss is already set. not in your head. in the platform. a mental stop is just hope with a number attached. and hope is not a trading strategy. simple rules. not always easy to follow. but the traders who last are the ones who follow them anyway. that’s pretty much the system. save this for later. let me know how it goes!

Most traders lose London Session before London even opens. Not because of strategy. Because they enter the session with: • no bias • no probabilities • no narrative • pure emotional reaction. That’s exactly why I started building probability-based tools in the first place. Not to predict the future. But to answer one simple question BEFORE entering a trade: “Where are the odds statistically leaning?” Because trading changes completely when you stop asking: “up or down?” …and start asking: “which side has the higher probability?” That’s the difference. If I can align: • session context • liquidity positioning • statistical behavior • probability imbalance then suddenly I’m no longer trading randomly inside volatility. I’m trading with odds on my side. And when odds are on your side consistently over time: your chances of winning increase dramatically. Not emotionally. Statistically.
