@ellennelsonrowe Remember occasions when you felt confident and did well in an exam. Bring those feelings back. You have done the hard work. Eat healthy food you enjoy (you never put diesel in an F1 engine). Spend time each day, walking with the sun on your face (+/- rain). This can be done.

Why is it the 3 words "are you okay" that sets you off when you're not 😥 8 days to go until finals and having major imposter syndrome the stress is overwhelming , never felt this stressed out before 😭 Any encouragement is much welcome 😭😭

Thanks to all the amazing marshals, helpers and volunteers at the #fredwhitton ride raising a huge amount of money for @macmillancancer and other charities. 9hours, 114miles, 12000ft uphill and dreadful rain storms but the sun shone at the finish. A beautiful stunning ride !
