I'm out and about this Easter weekend, and I just stumbled upon a shop selling Opendoor postcards.. I think I'll send some to my neighbors and to my friends who are desperate and completely stuck in selling their homes right now. It's surprising they don't know about $OPEN yet, but these cards are a really good idea actually to spread the word.
