If you are able, grow your own food, can your own food, preserve your own food. If you aren't able to do that, buy from your local people that do. Stop subscribing to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Disney plus etc... Stop betting on games. If you smoke or vape, try to quit. If you drink alcohol, try to quit. Stop going to the movies and eating at fast food chains and big-name restaurants. Homeschool your kids if you can. Start shopping at local thrift stores and boutiques rather than buying brand new. Cut back on anything that feeds the system. Starve them.
