@aratrika_g08 Its because a significant percent of Bengali do not act like cows & mindlessly jump around like monkeys. That percent is definitely not 100 %.A good percent of Bengalis act like cows & monkeys but that percent is extremely high in Rest of India,primarily in Hindi speaking states.
