We have another Muslim majority unit Lakshadweep(much more than J&K) which works perfectly well with the Indian state. Kashmir is going to find some kind of equilibrium with the India state anyway, Paki meddling will only delay it & cause more violence (2/2)

@canthinkofuname Sanghis ran with a false narrative tht 1962 war was a catastrophic defeat for India and this was lapped up by all without critical thinking. India probably lost greater in the 2020 border skirmish with China than in 1962.

US Iran war has made me hopeful about short term India-China peace. China seems wise enough that they won’t escalate the border conflict beyond a point with us. India is wise enough to not needlessly antagonise China.

@JZ281C India strategy against China for the foreseeable future seems to be avoid escalation beyond skirmishes at all cost. Our calc. is there is no escalation where China uses aircraft on border & India doesn’t use missiles, which are indigenous, cheap and available in large no. (1/2)
