@T1E2H3 small paintbrush and VERY delicate patience. I also rarely/never take the wheels off. its better to leave them on. my biggest concern is painting the bottom of the wheels and permanently ruining the wheel's contact to the rail.

How the hell do you guys paint wheels? Like the wheel rims? This is my 4th attempt after using spray, brushes markers, tape, it all just ends up like shit!
