@RateSetter I have been a victim of identity fraud, where an unsecured loan was taken using my identity amongst 4 other companies, I am in the process of handling these , so far one of them has cancelled the debt, I have been told to contact you, please can advise me?

@RateSetter I went to get a quote to see what it would cost to borrow some additional funds. now when I log in I’m stuck on a screen with the quote and asking me to complete the application - I don’t want to complete as it’s no longer required. Why can’t I access my usual page?
