I would do it again a million times over! I kinda feel like I am with my sons back home 😂 BUT there’s nothing I want more than to offer them a soft place to land when life gets rough. It’s definitely a lot harder these days but I will agree, even with our current struggles, I wouldn’t want to live in any other country in the world… I would just like to see wages catch up to inflation. It’s not cheap feeding these gentle giants! 😊 I am generally the optimist but watching these kids struggle brings out the Momma Bear in me! LOL! Have a great night!

100% correct. Not a single penny. My ex was in a bad accident and had a very hard time finding work. I didn’t want to add to his stress so I refused child support. Which meant getting off of gov assistance (they would make him pay) and pushing through for my kids. I did the hard things so my kids wouldn’t have to deal with their dad being put in jail continually for non-payment. I had personal experience and I didn’t want that for them or him. That’s not to say he didn’t buy them a few things here and there for birthdays and Christmas but that’s the extent of it.
