WE CAN LAUNCH 4 HUMAN BEINGS OFF INTO THE EMPTY VOID OF SPACE TO TRAVEL A QUARTER-MILLION MILES TO SHOOT PHOTOS OF THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON... ...BUT WE CANNOT GET 60 PEOPLE IN BUILDING IN DC TO PASS A BILL THAT SAYS YOU SHOULD PROVE YOU'RE A CITIZEN TO VOTE.

“If I was a someone fresh out of school, or someone younger that did not have a network outside of Indiana, I would have been dead,” she said. Of Bessolo’s situation, Roberts said: “It's not uncommon for someone that does not perform according to their agreement to become disenfranchised and disgruntled.” Walter, the Code19 Racing CEO, said even with IAC's challenges, it's a worthwhile investment that could benefit from more oversight. “IAC should consider creating an independent industry advisory council and broadening the board to reduce perceptions of personal gain," he said. "Ultimately, I commend leaders like Chad Pittman and universities like Purdue and IU for taking the risk to attempt the impossible with the IAC.” Just two IAC university teams spun off companies, Mitchell said. Neither company stayed in Indiana. The goal to create Indiana spinoffs was removed from later grants. As the Holcomb administration was coming to an end and it was unclear whether the IEDC would renew its funding in the Indy Autonomous Challenge, Mitchell started to look for sources of money elsewhere and eventually found takers in Belgium. Now, a Belgium-based for-profit company called Aidoptation has acquired some of the racing league’s intellectual property. Mitchell said it was the only way to preserve the Indy Autonomous Challenge. And ultimately, if the Belgium company makes a profit, the Indiana-based nonprofit benefits as the majority shareholder. "What we got as Indiana and the nonprofit that was based here is this racing program got to continue to exist," Mitchell said. Nonetheless, the arrangement has raised some eyebrows. It was also brought to the governor's office's attention. “It’s literally the exact opposite of what all of this money was ever supposed to be for,” a former IAC supplier told IndyStar. @indystar @IndySpanglish

INDIANA Vanderburgh County (Evansville) has "Flock Cameras", they argue it's to monitor potential stolen cars......nah, it's an invasion of privacy and unconstitutional....I've placed them on notice regarding the unlawful surveillance. So, Michigan, is now proposing an even more invasive drone surveillance. Our elected officials are not representing the people and their illegal monitoring of citizens is REPUGNANT to the Constitution. Where are the Constitutional Sheriff's that should be arresting their asses? @IndianaGOPWomen @LGMicahBeckwith @MicahBeckwith @Jim_Banks @GovBraun @braun4indiana

It’s kind of strange I only ever see people post positive things about Indianapolis during major sporting events
