@DungeonNoir I played a ton of 1e-3.x and 5e, so that edition is fine by me. It's not my preferred edition, nor what I currently play. I actually moved to Pathfinder 1e and skipped 4e D&D. The problem with 3.x D&D and PF 1e was how much material there was and crunchy it got.

Here is another one from my small collection of books that I had Gary Gygax sign. "Isle of the Ape" was Gary's love letter to King Kong, but it also served as a planar side adventure from his Castle Greyhawk campaign. What was amusing to me was that in our many email exchanges, Gary often started off by saying "Hi Jeff," or "Ho Jeff," the latter of which I always assumed to be a typo, as "i" is next to "o" on the keyboard, and Gary was notoriously fat-fingered when typing away. So, I was left wondering, was "Ho!" actually a greeting of his by intent, or was he being clever Gary, yet again, turning his frequent typo into something he would hand-write, as pictured here. I forgot to ever ask him...

A Dungeons & Dragons Did You Know! DYK that S4 Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth, ‘82, is an expanded version of Lost Caverns of Tsojconth tournament adventure that Gygax wrote for 1976 WinterCon V? He expanded the tournament adventure by adding a wilderness area based on Rob Kuntz's @threelinestudio Castle El Raja Key dungeon.
