It's important for us to process everything Trump says and does with ironclad recognition that he has ZERO sense of a greater good. Because he CANNOT see beyond himself. Not that he WON'T. He CAN'T.
He is a smorgasbord of impulses and cravings - desiring wealth, power, adoration, grandiosity, and vengeance - he's a giant id. Deep down, he is insecure - as all malignant narcissists are - and he knows he's illegitimate, and his merit is illusory. And he knows he has secrets and lies he must protect and distract from.
This need for grandiosity and to avoid humiliation is all he is now. It's why he blusters and boasts all day every day. It's why he so badly craved the Nobel Prize - which he saw as an inarguable legitimacy.
Malignant narcissists NEVER change. They ALWAYS get worse. They NEVER want to go down alone.
We're seeing his decline. And it's dangerous. He's become so false, so desperate, and so narrow, that I could argue this guy controlling nukes isn't even a fully formed person - he was always abnormal, now he's devoid of all normalcy.
He is a pariah. A parasite. A pathology.

However bad you think things are in the United States, they're worse in Canada and the UK.

@PeterSweden7 No, it's not accurate to say Canada "just made it so that people can be prosecuted for talking about certain Bible verses."
Prosecution would still require proving the speech meets the existing definition of hate — something that has been rare and hard to do even before

@mattyhewitt4360 @Microinteracti1 Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) confirmed that its Al Taweelah production base in Abu Dhabi's Khalifa Economic Zone (KIZAD) sustained "significant damage" from the strikes.

@Microinteracti1 That’s sooooo fake bullshit I love 2 km from there, so your a lying cunt

BREAKING: Emirates Global Aluminium’s Al Taweelah facility in Abu Dhabi is on fire.
Iranian missiles and drones. The UAE. Bahrain.
This is no longer a war between Israel and Iran. The Gulf is now a target. The oil, the aluminium, the infrastructure that keeps the global economy breathing.
All of it in range. All of it burning.

@Microinteracti1 So it seems Iran was more of a threat than all the pacifiers said?
English

Iran just fired hypersonic missiles at Dubai International Airport. Not a military target. A civilian airport that handles 90 million passengers a year. If it can happen there, it can happen anywhere.
Listen to what the experts are saying now, because they are not using careful language anymore. This is the most serious conflict the United States has walked into since World War II.
This is different. The geography stretches across an entire region. The weapons are faster and more precise than anything seen before. The economic damage is already global. And the list of countries now involved keeps growing.
And now the Washington Post is reporting that the Pentagon is preparing for weeks of ground operations inside Iran. Not airstrikes. Not drone campaigns. Boots on the ground. In Iran.
Here is what nobody in Washington wants to admit. There is no clean exit. No surgical strike that ends it. No tweet that turns it around. Wars find their own momentum. They pull in actors nobody invited. They create consequences nobody modeled. The Houthis were supposed to stay out. Dubai was supposed to be untouchable. Both assumptions are now gone.

NEW: After being accused of climbing into bed with a minor female relative while erect and wearing only his underwear, grabbing her waist and touching her legs to the point where she was "brought to tears," GOP lawmaker Rodney Creech is asking Republicans to send him back for another term in the Ohio House, touting endorsements from the Ohio Republican Party and Preble County Republican Party.
