Gardaí are appealing to the public for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 91-year-old Jeanne Spain, who is missing from her home in Glasnevin, Dublin 9. Jeanne was last seen on the Ballymun Road in Glasnevin at approximately 12.30pm this afternoon.

If we are to 'allow people to stay healthy in their homes and communities for as long as possible' we need the right care at the right time in the right place. Many rare diseases are complex and in need of care pathways agreed and implemented @HSELive @roinnslainte @slainte

We'd like to see Health Regions work for those with complex care needs typified by those living with #RareDiseases. A number of care pathways have been approved by HSE. Let's see these pathways implemented across Ireland NOW to "road test" Health Regions. @BernardGloster @CcoHse
