@irishexaminer @HSELive Why is Meningitis B not included in secondary school schedule?? It’s the most prevalent strain in Ireland & poses a far greater risk than Flu/covid/HPV in that age category?

My father has been in hospital for 2 weeks waiting for an MRI and nobody can explain the delay. The system is disorganised and patients are left waiting with no communication. This is unacceptable @HSELive @roinnslainte

@HSELive it's been 7 wks since my mam's passing & we are still waiting for the hospital bed to be picked up from our home, despite numerous requests from our Local PHN. Besides the constant reminder of my mams death, & taking up space, surely someone in need could be using it?

@writerblog72 Hi Gillian, I'm sorry to hear that. If you cannot reach your GP and need assistance, I would advise contacting an out-of-hours GP service. Their contact information is available here: www2.hse.ie/services/find-… Your local pharmacist may also be able to help you. Kind regards.

A stroke is a life-threatening medical condition. The second you suspect a stroke is the second you dial 999 or 112. Think F.A.S.T. Face, Arms, Speech, Time. ➡️ bit.ly/3ZtBIm1

@murphy_pau68149 @Beaumont_Dublin Hi Paula, I'm sorry to hear that. If none of those support options have worked for you, I would advise speaking directly with your GP. They can refer you to specialist services and will also be able to discuss medication or other treatment options with you. Kind regards.
