Now I'm in a dilemma. Should I keep urging people to buy this because it's brilliant, or caution people not to buy it but wait for the new edition because it'll be even more brilliant? Maybe: buy both, then when you review it you can describe how much more brilliant it is?

Changing organisational behaviours takes patience, education and support if you want to bring people along with you, especially if your focus is cultivating inclusion. There’s a delicate balance between moving too quickly and taking it too slow!
