I don't think the voting public has been given the choice of competent candidates, at least in the last 3 elections.

@ScottMcConnell9 I, too, voted for him every time. I don't feel embarrassed, so much as I think we were conned by a master of that art. This last time in particular. When I consider the possible alternatives, I'm even more appalled.
