Netlify has been an absolute joy to work with so far. Having disposable demo sites linked to PRs is what I needed this whole time.

the nice thing is it updates way faster and I don't have to handle the hugo buid myself anymore which is very nice, no more gh_pages branch to worry about!

@TechConnectify I have a theory for this: it's because you're not familiar with the area. When I'm at home I can say "that driver looks like they're not from here, there's a tricky exit coming up, I bet they'll have to exit at the last second" When I'm the unfamiliar one I can't do that.

I've heard colorists talk about how AI colorization is always incorrect, but seeing examples really makes it clear just how bad it is. The AI-colored photos still *feel* black and white when compared to the real ones.
Gwen C. Katz@gwenckatz

Colorization APIs are becoming widespread; AI-colorized historical photos are circulated without caveat. But is AI colorization providing an accurate image of the past? To find out, I digitally desaturated these color photos by Sergey Prokudin-Gorsky, taken between 1909 and 1915.

@ZachWeiner @Grgrrn I would imagine you could also use it to ultrasonically test the freshness of baguettes!

Linguistics Fun Fact: In French, you always elide (that is, skip) a "T" at the end of the word. So, in France they don't have Mister T. He's just Mister.

@namwa_swd No problem! It was at my day job, so it took 4 people about 3 weeks 😂. Lots of code to convert! The dependency and upgrade stuff only took a day or two, most of the time was converting and debugging components.

When it's not sunny (like today) I stay in and learn how to migrate from Vue2 to Vue3. It's confusing atm . A new project is coming...

I flag my co workers that I'm having trouble getting in the flow. Often that leads to some brainstorming which gets things flowing. #DevDiscuss
DEV Community@ThePracticalDev

Time for #DevDiscuss! Tonight’s topic is… procrastination! Questions: - How has your relationship w/ procrastination changed throughout your education & career? - How do you deal w/ procrastination when it starts to get out of hand? - Any positives to procrastination?
