Objectively bad call by the Bucks to tank the hell out of their game at Houston after playing Rollins/Kuzma/Turner against Dallas in a game that could’ve helped raise New Orleans pick if Bucks had lost. Maybe done to get a better quality home game but a short-sighted decision.

@GuyTalksFinance If I rent and pay say 1500 a month and the mortgage would be 2500 I can invest the 1000 over a long period and buy for cash at an older age. Plus this way I’m liquid and not locked into one place / city / country. Key is investing the gap like you’re paying a mortgage

If I pay my mortgage for 30 years I’ll have $600k in equity on a home valued over $1 million dollars. If I rent for 30 years I’ll pay off my landlord’s house and have nothing to show for it. When it comes to Buying vs Renting — the answer is clear.
