I’m not saying this is morally right I’m saying what is legal at this point and that’s the problem. He won a preliminary injunction which by definition means he can win on the merits of the legal argument. The moral argument is very clearly against him. This is what happens when you write bad laws or don’t enforce the good ones you actually had and create precedent on them.
